About egg masala

Egg masala is an indian authentic recipe for nonveg lovers. This recipe is very easy to make and very tasty. So many nonveg lovers mostly eat this recipe as compared to the chicken masala recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled white or Brown eggs
  • 2 medium-sized chopped onions
  • 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (Dahi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation for Egg Masala Gravy

  1. Take one Bowl or pot and pour some water in it which is good for 4 eggs to rinse it. And put the bowl or Pot on Gas for 15 to 25 Minutes. After 25 minutes check the eggs with a knife, If the eggs are boiled then the shell will not be broken.
  2. After you will get to know that the eggs are boiled gently, Then just remove the shell of the eggs with your hands. If eggs are hot put the eggs in Cold water for 15 Minutes.
  3. To make gravy, Take some tomatoes, Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chillis, And Cashews. Take all of that in one mixer jar. And grind it till it will become a paste. As you can see the paste is prepared ad some water is in it to make it look like gravy. Take out the paste from the mixer jar and put it in one bowl.

How to Make Egg Masala Recipe

  1. Take one Pan, Put it on the gas of medium flame, and heat it by adding 2-3 Tablespoon oil to it. Add cumin, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon in it after the oil gets heated. If you don’t have the above then you can also add mustard seeds in it.
  2. After 1-2 Minutes add chopped onions in it with salt. And fry it till it turns into whitish brown. It will take 5-10 Minutes. But it will increase your dish taste very much.
  3. The next step is adding ginger garlic paste to it. And blend it till it gets mixed with onions and others. And cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. After Ginger Galic Paste add Chopped Tomatoes in it and fry it till it turns mushy. After tomatoes in the next step, we are going to add masalas in it.
  5. Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, And Garam Masala or Kitchen king masala in it.
  6. If you don’t want the gravy then you can leave or cut the adding paste step in this egg masala or curry recipe. If you skip adding the Paste you will get Egg Curry in the last step. To make Egg Masala, Add in it the Paste which we have made. And if want to add coconut paste also you can add that also.
  7. Now some steps are only left, Add eggs which we have boiled and Mint in it And also add coriander leaves in it.
  8. Cook it for 2-3 Minutes. If you want to make the recipe more tasty then you can take the eggs in a different pan and fry it in heat oil. Adding Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder in it. Or if you want to make the whole recipe in one pan you can go with the flow.
  9. Add some water in it to make it thick gravy. If you want the gravy thick add yogurt to it. Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes till it turns into thick gravy.

Now your Egg Masala is ready, You can serve the Egg Masala with adding Coriander Leaves and You can eat it with Breads like Chapati or roti.
