Gawar Ki Sabzi Recipe | Cluster Beans Curry

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams 1 inch cut Gawar Phali (Cluster beans)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for cooking
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 3 Garlic Chopped
  • 1 inch chopped ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 sprig Coriander Leaves (Dhania) for garnishing

Procedure:

  1. To make the Gawar ki Sabzi take one Pressure Cooker and cook it on medium flame on gas.
  2. Add oil in it and when the oil is heated add 1 teaspoon ajwain in it.
  3. When the ajwain seed is cracked then add onion, garlic, and ginger and mix it well.
  4. Now after mixing add the chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons red chilli powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder and saute it until the tomatoes become mushy and mix it well.
  5. After mixing the all add the gawar means cluster beans in it and with it also add salt as per taste and 1-3 cup water in it.
  6. Cook the pressure cooker for 3 to 5 vessels. After 3-5 vessels turn off the gas and Release the pressure of the pressure cooker immediately.
  7. Now your Gawar ki Sabzi is ready, Take out the Bhaji and serve it with roti or chapati.
