Hakka Noodle is one of the most famous and mostly eaten fast foods in India. Hakka noodles are mainly famous in China and Japan like countries, But because of their taste, this dish got famous in so many countries like India. In India, the traditional Chinese Hakka noodle is not much famous, But the Hakka noodle which gives some Indian Taste is very famous.

So Many Indian brands called it Indi Chinese Masalas. Noodles with some spices and some vegetables are known as Hakka noodles. This is a very easy and instant recipe and because of it also it got so much famous and love from Indian People. Before 2023 years Hakka noodles are only made of maida are available in market for cooking Hakka noodles. But now there are so many noodles that are made of wheat available in the market.

About Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles is one of the famous Indian Chinese Noodles, Which have some masalas and Vegies in it. The Main Sauses which are used in these Hakka noodles are Soya Souce and Chilli Sauce. Now in the Market, there are so many Indian Brands that are selling ready Instant Hakka Noodle packets. You can make the Hakka noodles in 10 to 15 Minutes only.

In Hakka Noodles the Noodles are mainly made up of maida, which you can make at home or you can buy the packet from the market also. From the market, you will also get the hakka noodle masala also. The only thing you want to do is cut the veggies are frying and mixing them.

If you are looking for a healthy Hakka Noodles recipe then use the wheat Noodles instead of Maida Noodles.

Ingredients:

Vegetables: You need so many vegetables like French Beans, Cabbage, Bell Papers, Carrots, Scallions/Spring onions, and Regular Onions. You can use the vegetables you have right now. The cabbage makes the Hakka noodles more tasty. If you want healthy hakka noodles then you can also add a beat to it. Use Garlic and Chilli also.

Oil: Use oil for cooking the Hakka noodles and for frying the vegetables.

Soya Sauce: The Soya sauce increases the flavour and aroma of the Hakka noodles.

Vinegar: Vinegar is one of the Important things which is used in the recipe.

Spices: You need spices to give taste to your hakka noodles like Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Hakka Noodle Masala.

2 to 3 Cups Water: Water is needed for steaming the noodles.

How to make Hakka Noodles

  1. To make Hakka Noodles Firstly take the vegetables and cut them. If you want Cabbage, Carrots, Spring onions, bell Peppers then cut it as you want. And Chop the Garlic and chilli also.
  2. Now take one large pot and put it on the gas of medium flame by adding in it 2 to 3 Cups of water. When water starts boiling add Noodles in it.
  3. Wait for 4 to 5 minutes till the noodles are fully cooked. Check it! and take out the noodles in different bowls. Drain it with the help of Running cold water.
  4. After draining add 1 tablespoon oil in it and mix it well. The Oil will prevent the noodles from it turning into sticky.
  5. Now take one nonstick pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it. Heat it on high flame. Fry Chopped Garlic in it and fry it for only 30 seconds. After garlic add green chillis and spring onions in it and fry it also for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add chopped onions to the pan and fry it also for 1 Minute.
  7. Now add all the veggies which you have in the pan, Like carrots, Cabbage, and all. Fry it for 2 minutes and mix it well.
  8. Now the time is for adding the noodles in the pan, Add noodles in the pan and add soya sauce, Hot sauce, vinegar and Salt in it. And mix it well.
  9. Do the gas flame at medium and Toss the noodles well. Fry it also for 3 Minutes. Now add some Spring onions to it for design. Taste the noodles and do the changes as per taste.

Pro Tips

  • Use oil to prevent the noodles become sticky.
  • Use maximum vegetable variety but not in maximum quantity.
  • Use Readymade Hakka noodle masala in hakka noodles also.
  • Add Spring onions to design it.
  • Use Soya And chili sauces.

Ingredients Preparation
Vegetables: French Beans, Cabbage, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Scallions/Spring Onions, Regular Onions, Garlic, Chilli.
Oil
Soya Sauce
Vinegar
Spices: Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Hakka Noodle Masala
2 to 3 Cups Water
1. Cut the vegetables as desired.
2. Boil noodles in 2-3 cups of water. Drain and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan. Fry garlic for 30 seconds, then add green chillis and spring onions for 30 seconds.
4. Add chopped onions and fry for 1 minute.
5. Add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
7. Toss and fry the noodles for 3 minutes on medium flame.
8. Garnish with spring onions. Taste and adjust seasoning.
