Rehydrate soy chunks in hot water, then squeeze out water.

Toss soy chunks with cornflour, deep fry until crispy.

In a pan, sauté garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onions.

Add bell peppers, cook until slightly tender.

Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and vinegar in pan.

Toss in fried soy chunks, coat in the sauce.
