Roast semolina in a pan until lightly golden and fragrant.

In a separate pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal.

Sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves until onions turn translucent.

Add chopped vegetables (carrots, peas) and cook until tender.

Pour water, bring to a boil, and add roasted semolina.

Stir continuously to avoid lumps, cook until the mixture thickens.

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
