Heat a heavy-bottomed pan on low heat and add ghee to it.

Add milk and khoya (mawa) to the pan and mix well.

Stir continuously to avoid sticking and burning.

Once the mixture thickens, add sugar and mix until well combined.

Add cardamom powder and continue stirring until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.

Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round pedhas.
