Create dough using khoya and paneer with the help of water. 

Shape and deep fry small balls of the dough which we have created.  

Prepare sugar syrup, slightly sticky, by taking sugar and water on gas. 

Soak fried balls in sugar syrup for hours.

Enhance kalojam with cardamom or rose essence.

Garnish the kalojam with chopped nuts.

Serve as soft, syrup-soaked dessert. Your kalogam is now ready.
