Soak 1 cup of semolina (rava) in water for 30 minutes.

Prepare a stuffing mixture by combining grated coconut, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder.

Roll out small puris from the soaked semolina dough.

Place a portion of the stuffing on one half of the puri.

Fold the puri to cover the stuffing and seal the edges using water or milk.

Deep fry the prepared Karanji until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Once fried, remove excess oil and let the Karanji cool before serving.
