Make a smooth batter with rice flour, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot, greased pan, and spread it thinly like a crepe.

In a separate pan, cook a mixture of grated coconut, jaggery, and a hint of cardamom.

Place the coconut-jaggery mixture inside each crepe, roll it, and seal the edges.

Drizzle some ghee on top, and you can also sprinkle chopped nuts if desired.
