Prepare the filling by mixing grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder.

In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté the filling until it becomes aromatic.

Let the filling cool down to room temperature.

Prepare the outer covering by kneading rice flour with water and a little salt.

Take a small ball of the dough and flatten it to form a small cup.

Fill the cup with the prepared coconut-jaggery mixture.

Seal the edges and shape the Modak using your fingers.
