Boil full-fat milk in a wide and heavy-bottomed pan.

Let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

Scrape the cream from the sides of the pan and mix back into the milk.

Continue simmering until the milk reduces to half its volume.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts to the milk.

Cook for a few more minutes until the rabri thickens to desired consistency.

Serve chilled or warm, garnished with more nuts and saffron strands.
