Prepare fresh paneer by curdling milk and draining the whey.

Knead the paneer until smooth and soft.

Heat a non-stick pan and add the paneer and sugar.

Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides.

Add cardamom powder for flavor and mix well.

Let the mixture cool slightly and then shape it into small discs or balls.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve the delicious Sandesh.
