Mix all-purpose flour, semolina, powdered sugar, and ghee in a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and cardamom powder to the mixture.

Gradually pour milk and knead the dough until smooth.

Roll out the dough into a thick flat disc.

Cut the disc into diamond or square shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.

Deep fry the Shankarpali in hot oil until they turn golden brown.

Drain excess oil and let them cool before serving.
