Mix gram flour with melted ghee to form a smooth batter.

In a pan, heat ghee and add the gram flour batter.

Cook on low heat, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Gradually add sugar to the mixture and keep stirring.

The mixture will thicken and start leaving the sides of the pan.

Pour the thickened mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly.

Let it cool, then cut into diamond-shaped pieces - Mysore Pak is ready!
